A dramatic brand signature hotel tower rising above the pedestrian-scaled podium with just enough curve and articulation to moderate the scale of the tower’s massing, creates a bold presence on the treelined escarpment. The hotel offers 264 guest rooms and suites and is complimented with a proposed 15,000 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor water leisure facility, complete with retractable roof. The program, layout and configuration of the concept strikes a delicate balance between the hotel’s proximity to the natural escarpment and its urban entertainment setting and its positioning maximizes sightlines with panoramic views to both the American and Canadian Falls.
