Paradigm

The concept of Renaissance Square is a resurgence of arts and culture in a community that is celebrated by the revival of its urban fabric. This paradigm aligns itself with the Kilbourne Group’s vision for Fargo’s vibrant city center by having, “Respect for the Past, Gratitude for the Present and Inspiration for the Future”.

Historically, the Renaissance period delineated a benchmark of quality for balance, harmony and beauty in art, architecture, composition and space. Renaissance Square aspires to use this conceptual model not only to respond to existing site conditions, but also to create a mixed-use urban development that encourages social interaction and defines environmental and economic harmony with a sustainable design. The integral spirit of Renaissance Square’s design will allow the people of Fargo to celebrate and value their community in the heart of a vibrant city.
